Which courier service do you use within the UK?

We ship using DPD "Next Day" delivery service. It's proved very reliable and DPD have been a valued partner over the years. Orders received before 2pm can expected to ship the same day.

Do you ship "duty paid" to all EU countries?

Yes! Since Brexit, the iOSS system has been introduced that allows us to ship to EU countries, and pay the tax on your behalf. After ordering, your Tonerider parcel should just arrive at your doorstep via trackable post without any further action to be taken or fees to be paid by you. We ship via Royal Mail Tracked EU Service, and you will receive a tracking number which can be used with your national mail carrier.

Deliveries to most EU countries take approximately 5-8 working days.

I'm in the USA, how long does shipping take and are there taxes to pay?

The USA has a high "de minimus" - meaning that US shoppers can order small items up to $1000 from overseas without any import duties payable.  Your order will arrive via USPS, and we'll email a tracking number as soon as we have dispatched it.

I am not satisfied and wish to return my items. How do I do this?

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your item, please email us at service@tonerider.com and we will provide a returns address and arrange a refund upon receiving your return.

How long is the warranty?

All Tonerider pickups have a 5-year warranty that covers any and all manufacturing defects. It is important that you retain your receipt. See the warranty card included with all our pickups for further details.

I have lost my springs & screws, can you replace them?

Screws, springs and tubing can normally be found under the large open cell foam piece at the base of your box. Please do check here first!  Of course we are happy to replace any lost springs and screws, email service@tonerider.com with your address and we will get some sent out to you or arrange with a local dealer to issue replacements.
