Rocksong set (F-Spaced)

I recently installed the Tonerider Rocksong set in my guitar and I couldn't be happier with the results.
These pickups deliver a powerful and dynamic tone that is perfect for rock and metal genres.
The bridge pickup has a nice crunchy bite to it, while the neck pickup produces warm and smooth tones.
I found that the Rocksong set has excellent clarity and articulation, even when playing at high-gain settings.
The pickups are also very responsive to picking dynamics, allowing for a wide range of tonal possibilities.

Overall, I am extremely impressed with the Tonerider Rocksong set and would highly recommend them to any guitarist looking to upgrade their pickups for a heavier, more aggressive sound.

The most versatile Tonerider humbucker set! The perfect vintage hybrid buckers!

Although this set is not so popular among guitar players, many guitar builders/customisers rely on them, including myself! As Tonerider describes this set themselves, it's the perfect vintage hybrid set. It keeps the feel of a vintage PAF, but also hands you a little more power at your control. The neck pickup is smooth and warm, without loosing definition, so it offers both warmth and clarity, treats often looked for in a neck humbucker. The bridge is very articulate and clear sounding and still offers controlable power at your command. Some people may say the bridge lacks bass frequencies and therefore is somewhat shrill sounding. That's because you really should re-EQ your amp and pedals after installing a Rocksong in the bridge. You can surely dial in the bass without loosing the clarity and definition! It does surely "thump" with the right amp settings! This all makes for a very versatil humbucker set that retains PAF-sound and also offers more power when needed. This set is touch sensitive and lets you control the sound with your pick attack, soft playing results in a very friendly sound, digging in deep, you'll get them to sound raunchy and meaner in the right way. A very recommendable set that is often missunderstood! Remember to play with the EQ of your amp/pedals to dial in the right sound, especially for the bridge bucker and you'll open all sound options on this set! More than recommended! If you want a very versatile humbucker set that retains the classic PAF-vibe with added power when you want/need it, look no further! Tonerider remains my go to brand for pickups!!

I'm continually surprised and impressed by Tonerider's products. Having been very impressed with the Hot Classics in one of my Teles, I decided to drop a rocksong into my Eastcoast L1 (very impressive guitars for the money btw) and I'm very happy with the results. The stock pickups aren't half bad but there's just a character and a tonality to the rocksong bridge that just pushes it into that more premium territory. \n\nThe highs are really crisp and while there's a nice amount of low end, it's very controlled and doesn't feel flubby. There's enough output to get into really nice crunchy sustain territory without it feeling too over the top and maintaining the brash and bright attitude you want from a classic sounding LP style guitar. \n\nThis gives you a really nice pallet to work with and you can really tackle any genre you like with the range this pickup has. The build quality and ease of installation is also great which is what I've come to expect from Tonerider thus far. \n\nI can absolutely recommend these pickups for hot rodding any LP style guitars while still sticking close to the classic sound associated with them. Highly recommended.
