The Classic Blues is the highest output of our "vintage" style Strat sets. Wound with a high wind on full strength Alnico V magnets, this set delivers punch and presence, and plenty of attack.
The Classic Blues set uses rod magnets with our "Modified Vintage Stagger" allowing for great string to string balance on a wide range of instruments.
Each pickup is fully wax potted to reduce any microphonic feedback, and comes supplied with screws, latex height adjustment tubing and an installation guide.

Upgraded the stock pups in a 40th Anniversary Squire Strat. The result is a very lively, dynamic and colourful sound. A massive improvement on the lifeless originals. Exactly what I needed to give the bridge pickup some fire and the neck and middle pickups have bags more character. Ideally I'd prefer a little less low end from the neck pup but that's just personal preference. Very nicely made, attention to detail is great and love the new (plastic free) Apple-esque packaging.

Great pickups, my old and cheap MIJ Charvel, became my favorite guitar again !
Turned my Player Strat into a tone monster.
Not quite as chimey as the originals but way more girth of tone. Easily 5 Stars
Very strong pickups with a nice, not icepicky high end and vintage blues vibe. I have these in a couple of different guitars. The Surfaris and these are my favorite Strat pickups.
